We also operate our cafe, VALERIE ECHO PARK, where we serve breakfast and lunch, as well as our pastries, chocolates, cakes, and other specialty items. We are seeking a Pastry Chef/Kitchen Manager to co-lead our team in the execution of our wide range of sweet and savory goods. Ideal candidates will have experience in all areas of pasty and chocolate production, as well as in managing a high volume bakery or food service business. Looking for someone who loves food, with strong organization and leadership skills. Saturday availability is a must.
